Q. Where can I find some instructions for how to rent?

Q. Do you offer fresh flowers too?
A. Yes, since we have decades of combined fresh floral experience, we can design some or all of your arrangements in fresh flowers if you wish. You can choose fresh as an option on all of our personal flowers online, but if you would like everything in fresh, we got you. Email us for a free consultation. 🌸
Q. How long do I have my rentals for?
A. Your rental period is anywhere from 3-5 days, but charged just for the 1 day of your event. We will deliver the day before, and pick up the day after, give or take, but we will work with your timeline and your venue’s limitations for the smoothest service possible.
Q. Do you deliver? Will your team pick up after?
A. For all orders that total $1500 or more, we’ll include free delivery and pick-up ALBERTA WIDE.
For orders $3000 or more, you will receive a free flower wall rental as well! Small town girlies rejoice, because you deserve to have your dream wedding too!!!
We also offer FREE DELIVERY to our preferred venues for ANY order amount. These include:

For rental orders less than $1500, delivery fees will be on a case by case basis based on availability.
Q. My order is under $1500. How far will you deliver and what are the fees? I understand that I need to request delivery via email, and that the delivery fee will be billed separately.
A. Delivery fees are determined by distance from our warehouse in Lacombe, AB.
We charge $1.00 for every 1km there and $.50/km return, to anywhere within BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
For late night pickups, what are the fees? I understand that these charges will be billed separately.
A. We prefer to pick up the morning after the wedding, but if it is not possible, then our fee is $50.00 per half hour, for pickups past 9pm. Example: a 10pm pick up would be a $100.00 fee, a midnight (12am) pickup would be $300.00 etc.
Q. a) How do payments work? b) Can I send an e-transfer?
A. a) We require payment in full upon booking, via the following payment options: Credit card, PayPal, E-transfer, or via ShopPay which splits it into payments if you wish.
b)If you prefer e-transfer, check-out using the e-transfer option, then send your payment to inhalefloralrentals@gmail.com You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is received on our end.
Customizations and/or extra delivery charges will be billed out separately as those are case by case charges. Payment for those are due immediately upon confirmation as well.
Q. Can my florals be moved from my ceremony to reception space?
A. Absolutely! Other than our chandeliers, (which we will install and must stay in place until we remove them), you are free to move the florals. We are building all of our designs to be versatile, so they will be sturdy and designed to come apart and be easy to move. We just ask that you respect the delicate nature of the items, that extra care is used, and for your coordinator or other wedding professional to move the items, if possible. The charges for damage to the rentals are explained in our T&C.
Q. Do you build all your rental pieces in-house?
A. We build each of our pieces from the ground up, by hand— it's truly a labor of love to the highest standards.
We have seen the pre-made arches available online and they are of very poor quality and lack a life-like appearance from all angles. We are professional florists, with years of experience with fresh florals, and we know that by sourcing only the most realistic flowers and then building our rentals from scratch is the only way to ensure the most convincing, luxurious arrangements, especially close up.
We take great pride in creating every rental piece stem by stem, and we will ensure that our website will feature high-quality photos that showcase every detail. Our goal is for you to inspect our work up close and feel confident on the day of your event, that you’ll receive exactly and better than what you envisioned—beautiful, high-quality flower arrangements to bring to life your wedding dreams.
Q. Can I see the florals or walls in person before booking?
A. Contact us to check about that! The pieces that you want to see may be on display at one of the various bridal stores in Red Deer or elsewhere. At this time, we do not offer in-person showings at our studio. We promise to provide you with updated clear and precise photos and videos of your rentals on our website and on our socials, so you can be assured of the highest quality. We also plan to offer open houses and be a part of community events where you can come and see the items at different venues. Please follow us on our socials for upcoming open house dates.
Q. I love the idea of renting an arch, and aisle flowers, but I already have a florist booked for fresh bouquets and boutonnieres. Is that okay?
A. Yes, absolutely, and you'll be saving so much money by using our faux rentals for your large, statement pieces. Our designs are all made with flowers that mimic real flower varieties, so everything will flow together seamlessly. We have decades of experience with fresh flowers, so our designs are made exactly as we design with fresh. They will dance and move and act like real flowers. Also, we are happy to customize our work and add fresh flowers into our designs to further the realism. Keep in mind that we cannot remove any of the existing faux flowers, we will just water pick the custom ones and add them into our designs to match your bouquets perfectly. After your event, we remove the custom additions and return the arrangement to its original design for the next rental. See next question for custom pricing.
Q. Am I able to request that you add in a specific color or flower into the florals?
A. Yes, we are able to add in pops of other colors to our current designs. Send us a message with your personalized custom requests. Please note, we are not able to remove any of the existing florals, but can definitely add in more florals among them. For an idea of pricing, we charge approx. $100/dozen for fresh flowers & typically recommend a minimum of 2 dozen per arch and 2-3 stems per aisle arrangement. Faux additions or fresh greenery additions are approx. $75/dozen. This covers the purchase or rental of the flowers and the labour to customize the arch.
Q. I'm a 2026 bride. I see that some of the images are inspiration and not completed designs. When should I reserve my florals?
A. The 2026 calendar is open for bookings now, and once you book, your florals will be top priority to be completed by your wedding date.
Our florals will be similar in size, style and colour to the inspiration images, just note that exact flowers are not guaranteed. We will only use the highest quality florals and if some are not up to our standard, then we will replace them with better versions. Once you book an item, we will keep you updated with photos and videos. We will be active on Instagram filming the creative process, so you can watch your designs being built from scratch! Remember that you are welcome to be a contributor to your design and request any custom addition to personalize your florals. We may only be offering one of each collection item for 2026, so book now to guarantee your date and quantities.
Q. There is a floral item that I would like for my event, but you do not currently offer it on your website, can you make it for me? ex. dog collars for my pups.
A. We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental OR as a custom "purchase and keep" item. Please email us the details and we can let you know if this is possible. Let's chat!
Q. Help - My wedding date is not available!
A. Don't see the date you need? Please email us. We can put you on a waitlist or may even duplicate the item for you if we see a high demand. We will inform you ASAP if something has changed and something becomes available on your date.
