She graciously coordinated directly with our venue for set-up and even offered a late-night takedown service—something I didn’t realize I needed until she proactively suggested it. She went so far as to step into roles typically reserved for our wedding coordinator, who we unfortunately had to terminate, filling in logistical gaps, setting up decor that was not part of her role and did so without hesitation.
One of the most unexpected and generous surprises was her inclusion of a complimentary flower wall as part of our design package.
